Grass Jelly Cappuccino Ice Recipe

Ingredients:

-1 sachet instant cappuccino powder

-25 g chocolate milk powder

-50 ml cold water

-25 g granulated sugar

-25 ml sweetened condensed milk (white)

-300 g ice cubes (crushed)

Coffee Sago Balls:

-50 g sago flour

-¼ tsp instant coffee powder

-25 ml warm water

-½ tbsp sugar

✦ Toppings:

-100 g black grass jelly, grated using a cheese grater

-1 tbsp chocolate sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Grass Jelly Cappuccino Ice

Prepare the Coffee Sago Balls

Mix sago flour, instant coffee powder, warm water, and sugar until well combined.
Shape into small round pearls. Boil in a pot of water until the balls float, then transfer them into ice water so they stay chewy.

Make the Iced Cappuccino Base

Blend cappuccino powder, chocolate milk powder, cold water, granulated sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed ice until smooth and frothy.

Assemble the Drink

Pour the creamy cappuccino into a glass. Add grated grass jelly, coffee sago balls, and finish with a drizzle of chocolate sweetened condensed milk.
